After college Jess realized she had to be more intentional about her health
and fitness, so she joined the Piranha Fitness family when she started
grad school at Texas A&M. Since then, she has fallen in love with
the high intensity interval training and boot camp style classes. Now
she runs several half marathons a year and uses strength training to add
variety and fun to her routine. She believes fitness is a constantly moving
target that looks different for everyone. Come work towards your unique
