A couple of years ago I read this quote and it changed my life. I want to become the very best physical me possible. Half Marathons, Tumbling, Power Yoga, Boot Camp & Piloxing have become a part of my regular routine.
I always leave Piranha with muscles burning, exhausted and a sweaty mess (even after Power Yoga!). Piloxing is my absolute favorite work out. It is a one hour work out of non stop cardio and strength training taught by Lindsay…..need I say more??? There is no time for sweat or water breaks. It is a perfect work out for anyone wanting to see defined results! After just a couple of weeks I could see visible, incredible results. Toned, sexy Cameron Diaz arms were coming my way! I then started Power Yoga thinking it would be a good “stretch” for me…joke was on me. Jennifer is an incredible yoga teacher. She breaks down every pose so even the most amateur yogi (me) can follow along and progress with each class. It is evident that every instructor at Piranha takes great pride in the classes they lead.
My flexibility, endurance and balance have evolved with every class I have taken at Piranha. It is a joy to walk into the gym and see so many smiling faces and encouraging instructors. Piranha has been a wonderful addition to the community and I look forward to watching its growth and witnessing lives being transformed by Lindsay and her staff.
