Brooke's Success Story

About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. My doctor always encouraged exercise, but I just laughed. I didn’t have time to exercise with a job and kids, plus I was constantly in pain. In 2012, I was diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis and put on steroids. Although the medication worked wonders, it also caused me to gain 60 pounds. I became miserable from the extra weight.

Starting in February of 2013 I started on a low calorie, high protein diet. Not only did I have to change the way I ate, I had to do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. With three kids, a husband and a packed schedule, I did not have time to go to a gym or fitness studio.

Then, I found out about Piranha Fitness On Demand and fell in love immediately! I have tried several of the classes, but my favorite is Piranha. I use Piranha On Demand at home every day. The best part? I am able to do it at a time that is convenient for me.

I am approaching the one-year anniversary of changing my diet and adding exercise into my life. I have dropped 60 pounds, and I feel much better. My doctor always said that exercise is the best medicine, and now I am a believer.

I realize that in order to keep losing weight and to definitely keep it off, exercising has to be a part of my daily life. As my kids get older and our lives get busier, I am so grateful for Piranha Fitness On Demand. I recommend it for everyone, especially us mom’s whose lives can be crazy and unpredictable!
