Omelets, scrambles and frittatas are great sources of protein and vegetables for breakfast. Just think of eggs as your canvas and the toppings create the art! The following recipe comes from Kayce’s kitchen.
Turkey Bacon Omelet
- 3 egg whites
- 1 egg
- Turkey bacon
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl using a whisk
- Pour into a heated skillet (or omelet maker)
- Flip when underside is firm
- Cook until egg is done
Not a fan of one or more of the ingredients above? You can use ANYTHING in an omelet, scramble or frittata. Other great options are bell peppers, onions, sausage, tomatoes, the list goes on!
