So how much water should you be consuming on a day-to-day basis? Normally you hear that 8 cups (64 oz) of water is standard, but with how hot the summer gets in addition to working out you need to up the intake. A good rule of thumb is to take your weight and divide it in half, and that is how many ounces of water you should try to intake each day. For example, a 150 pound person should try to drink 75 oz of water per day.

Set reminders on your phone or smartwatch to keep you sipping throughout the day
Keep an eye on your water consumption, not only can it lead to curing your dehydration symptoms, it also has the capability of promoting weight loss and speeding up muscle recovery. Think of water as the biggest fat burner out there - so cheers to the water bottles!
