Core Strengthening Workouts in College Station
At Piranha Fitness Studio, we have designed an effective core strengthening
workout known as "Abs-so-Glute." Our fitness instructors will
assist you in blasting your abs, glutes, and back in just under an hour!
There will be a mixture of static holds, quick repetitions, and partner
exercises to give you a fit, flat and toned midsection, just like you
want! You'll be amazed at what hard work and a well-designed core
regimen can do for your body. Best of all, at our fitness studio in College
