party is the perfect way for you to finish off (or start) your day. Let
your mind let loose, shake out all the vibes not serving you, and dance
the night away!

What do I need to bring to this class? No equipment needed for this class. We recommend always bringing a water
bottle, towel, and come prepared to sweat!
If I am a beginner, will this class be ok for me to take? Absolutely. The room is dark with mirrors to the side of you and you will
just do the best of your own ability while following the instructor. The
instructor is elevated on a 4-foot stage to show all the movements and
modifications as needed.
How many calories will I burn in this class? Our average client burns anywhere from 300-500 calories in Cardio Dance.
