What do I need to bring to CO-OP? Tennis shoes, cycle gear (shoes with cleats, water bottle, etc.) and a
personal yoga mat if you prefer.
What is the structure of this class? The first 30 minutes is all circuit training and the second half of class
is all cycling.
What all does the circuit include? You will have your own ‘station’ set up with a step platform,
dumbbells, and a yoga mat. You will work your entire body with an emphasis
on strength training.
