workout incorporates a mix of low, medium, and high-intensity cardio moves
set to the latest hip hop tracks, throwbacks, and our member’s top
picks. Our College Station gym offers Hip Hop Step several times per week
and each class lasts for approximately 55 minutes. Did we mention that

Whether you are a professional choreographer or you have never set foot
on a dance floor, you can have a great time in our Hip Hop Step class.
All ages, fitness levels, and levels of dance experience are welcome.
Our instructors can take you through each move, step, and beat so that
you can get into the rhythm and begin improving your coordination and
fitness. Find a move or sequence too challenging? We can recommend several
alternatives that meet your fitness level. If you want to have fun while
burning fat and improving your cardiovascular health, this class is for you.
