What makes kettlebell training so effective?
Build functional strength: Functional strength training, such as with kettlebells or
TRX training, aims to strengthen and improve the body mechanics and movements used
in performing everyday tasks, such as walking, carrying groceries, or
Burn more calories in less time: The swinging motions and control of momentum utilized by kettlebell exercises
can engage every major muscle group in the body. The high-intensity nature
of workouts can allow you to maximize the effectiveness of each 30-minute session.
Uneven distribution of weight: The exercises performed with a kettlebell are fundamentally different to
dumbbells or barbells. The uneven distribution of weight forces the activation
of your core and stabilizer muscles with every movement.
Fun and easy to learn: With a kettlebell, you do not need a substantial selection of equipment
