What do I need to bring to this class? We recommend a water bottle, towel, and Kettleguards to protect your wrists
I’ve never done kettlebell before, can I still attend? Absolutely! We break down the movements and teach you proper form and
alignment before we do anything else. This class is very safe for all
ages and fitness levels
Will I bulk up from taking this class? No way. You’re getting just as much cardio from swinging around
a kettlebell as you are strength training.
