Power Training Classes
Explosive Workouts for Strength-Building
Power Training is a small group training program of high intensity workouts
that consist of weightlifting movements, strongman training, and structure
imbalance work. How you feel and how you look is the main focus. Our instructors
design our power training regimens for a whole-body workout. Every time
you sweat, you get one step closer to better health and fitness.

Power Training classes are offered three days a week with group workouts
on Saturdays. We do not take walk-ins, however, come talk to us about
upgrading your membership anytime.
