College Station Bootcamp Workouts
An indoor/outdoor body weight bootcamp class built of high-intensity interval
training that alternates periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense
recovery periods. Plyometrics will be used to increase your power and
light weight dumbbells to increase your strength.

Is this class inside or outside? The majority of this class takes place outside, rain or shine.
I’m not in shape. Is this class for me? This class will challenge you for sure, however, it is one of our more
popular classes and is always molded to fit the needs of our clients.
Is there a lot of running in this class? You run some. We suggest wearing a tennis shoe that you feel comfortable
running in just in case.
