Shred Group Classes
College Station Bootcamp Workouts
Are you ready to shred fat, build muscle, and get into the best shape of
your life? At Piranha Fitness Studio, our “Shred”
group classes are boot camp style workouts that combine elements of weightlifting, free
weights, bodyweight exercises, and any other methods our trainers feel
will challenge you. Each high-intensity session lasts for 45 minutes and
classes are offered 6 days a week to help fit your busy schedule. View

Are Shred Classes Right for my Fitness Level?
The only requirement to attend a Shred class is the desire to improve yourself.
No matter what your level of fitness, our instructors can help you to
learn the proper form for each exercise and push the limits of what you
thought you were capable of. When you finish your workout, exhausted and
drenched in sweat, you’ll walk away knowing that you can tackle
any obstacle. Whatever your fitness goals are, our instructors are here
to help you to sculpt the body you have always wanted. Look through
