At Our College Station Gym, Class Offerings Include:
- Cardio Dance: Our signature class keeps you moving head to toe, sweating to a high-energy blend of music. The easy to follow, cardio intensive class keeps your heart rate up and torches calories. Before you know it, you will have the body to show it!
- Kickboxing: This features a unique blend of circuit training, kickboxing, and body sculpting movements. Tune into your body and connect with your muscles for an hour of moving and sweating to chart topping music.
- HIIT-IT: This high intensity cardio class alternates periods of strenuous anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. These workouts improve fat and calorie burning.
- TRX: Defy gravity and challenge your strength with this body weight suspension training class. There is no prerequisite for joining the class. It is suitable for people on all fitness levels.
- Power Training: This is a small group training program with high intensity workouts. Training includes weightlifting movements, strongman training, and structure imbalance work.
- Piranha Cycle: Our seasoned trainers will use only the best equipment to help you get the most out your workout. We will be using Schwinn® Authentic Cycling™ Indoor Bikes exclusively so you will enjoy the feel and the benefits of an outdoor bike while at our studio.
