Classes 

At Our College Station Gym, Class Offerings Include:

  • MegaFormer: Low impact interval training that will have your muscles feeling the benefits of functional training in no time! This entire 45-minute class takes place on a spring loaded machine, called the Megaformer, where you will perform squats, lunges, planks, push-ups and more at a controlled tempo that is easy on the joints. The music will be rockin’ and our instructors will take you from start to finish safely and effectively.
  • Cycle: This is a music-inspired, 45-minute indoor cycle ride that targets your entire body. Not only will you climb hills, tap back, and use dumbbells to sculpt the upper body, but you’ll ride to some of the hottest music out there. Get your ass in gear with our Piranha Cycle classes.
  • HIIT: High-intensity interval training is one of the best ways to get in shape. This circuit-based class will use bodyweight exercises in combination with medicine balls, battle ropes, slam balls, & resistance bands to get you shredded and in the best shape of your life!
  • Kickboxing: Kickboxing is a unique blend of circuit training, boxing, and body sculpting movements. Get your heart rate up, tune into your body, and connect with your muscles for a maximum burn to chart-topping music.
  • Yoga: A mind and body class focusing on what Piranha Fitness Studio members want and need to round out their fitness training experience.
  • Ass, Arms, & Abs: A circuit training class that is sure to have you looking good afterwards! Bodyweight and light resistance movements to target areas including your ass, your arms, and your abs. Need we say more
  • Free Ride Wednesday - this is a great place for beginner riders! Once a month you can use the promo code to receive one free class to come try us out. Use the promo code JANUARYFREERIDE, FEBRUARYFREERIDE, etc. to apply the discount.
  • Free Mega Monday - Curious about the low impact workout that still has you burning somewhere around 500 calories?   • Virtual - We are currently offering virtual classes to all Flourish members who are eligible to participate through Texas A&M University. Please email piranhafitness@gmail.com if you are a full time faculty and staff member of Texas A&M University and would like to request access.
