Is this class ok for a beginner?
Yes! All our classes can be modified to meet your own fitness needs. You will do the best you can to follow along with the instructor, but always able to modify the movements.

What do I need to bring?
We recommend bringing a yoga mat for the last 10-15 minutes of class, a water bottle, towel, and come ready to sweat!

Do you use gloves?
No. This class is a bodyweight kickboxing class that also includes various fitness elements.
