  • I am new, where should I start?

    • All our classes are set up for beginners! The instructors will give you top notch customer service to ensure you feel right at home. Try out one of our BOGO or weekly new client specials to start.
  • Where are you located?

    • 315 College Avenue, right next to Hurricane Harry’s and behind Ihop and Chipotle on University Dr.
  • How do I book classes?

    • Our schedule goes live every Sunday at 5 pm for the week ahead. Log into your account and reserve your spots before they fill up!
  • Is there a first free class promotion?

    • Yes! We offer Free Ride Wednesday, Free Mega Monday, and Bring A Friend for Free Saturday’s. Use promocodes JANUARYFREERIDE, JANUARYFREEMEGA, FEBRUARYFREERIDE, FEBRUARYFREEMEGA, etc. to apply the discount.
  • Do I need certain shoes for cycling?

    • Yes! We clip in all riders. Our pedals are Look Delta and SPD compatible. We have cycling shoes available to rent for $3. However, feel free to bring your own if you have them.
  • What do I need to bring to class?

    • For cycling you will need a towel, water bottle, and socks. We have shoes available to rent, or, you may bring your own shoes. For mega you will need grip socks. We have socks available for a one-time rental or for purchase.
  • How long is class?

    • Typical class times are 45 minutes. Some go up to 60 minutes or even the rare 90 minute class. We will always notate in the class description when this is the case.
  • How many times a week should I come?

    • Each individual is different. A good place to start is 2-3 classes per week and work up from there. Megaformer and cycling are very complementary to each other, so feel free to mix up your class schedule to whatever feels right to you!
  • Do you offer student discounts?

    • Yes. We have student semester passes based on 10, 20, or 30 class packs. View our pricing page for more information.
  • What about teacher, veterans, and corporate discounts?

  • Can I pay by the class?

    • Yes. We offer single class drop-ins and class packs (1, 3, or 10 classes). The more you buy the better the value!
  • How do auto-pay memberships work?

    • You are billed monthly for the duration of your contract. Month-to-month auto-pay memberships require one months notice to cancel. All other contracts end at their maturity date.
  • How do I cancel a class?

    • Log into your account and click on the small, green, torso icon in the upper right corner. Select “my classes” and choose the action “unreserve”.
  • How soon do I need to cancel a class?

    • To avoid a penalty, we ask that you cancel within 4 hours prior to your class.
  • Is there a charge if I don’t show up to a class I signed up for?

    • Our instructors spend hours preparing for class with all of you. If you late cancel or no show to a class there will be a $20 no show fee applied to your account.
  • Can I freeze my membership?

    • Auto-pay 6 month memberships or more may be frozen with written medical consent. If your case is different, please email us and we are happy to work with you.
  • Can I extend the expiration date on my class packs?

    • Yes, we are happy to do this up to 2 times for each class pack.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
